New Clinic In Greensboro Seeks To Be Medical Home For Seriously Ill Children

Cone Health (Cone) recently announced it is launching a pediatric palliative care clinic for seriously ill children in Guiltford County, North Carolina. Cone will be coordinating with services from Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro (HPCG) and Advanced Home Care to provide care to consumers in their own homes.

The new clinic will focus more particularly on 21 children in the area who previously received home health services through a children’s program from HPCG, before those services were discontinued on November 30. To help accomplish this, the new clinic will bring together staff ranging from pediatric specialists to nurses . . .
