Medecision Acquires AxisPoint Clients

Medecision recently announced the acquisition of over 50 clients from AxisPoint Health. Medecision acquired clients that use CCMS and VITAL that have recently been re-branded as AXIS.

The recent acquisition now makes Medecision the largest independent provider of care management platforms and applications in the U.S. Medecision now supports over 50 million lives for nearly 100 of the nation’s leading health plans and delivery care programs. The joining of AxisPoint Health’s platform clients and Medecision’s community of national and regional brands, strengthen its presence in markets and expand the company’s footprint.
