PE-Backed BayMark Merges With HCRC

BayMark Health Services recently merged with Healthcare Resource Centers (HCRC), a Webster Capital-backed outpatient services provider organization that specializes in the treatment of opioid addiction. The financial terms of the deal have not yet been disclosed.

Statements from BayMark leadership noted that the merger will help the company to focus on combatting opioid abuse in the Northeastern region of the United States. BayMark has now expanded into 26 states, and with the help of Webster’s investment has become one of the country’s largest opioid treatment companies.
