Regional One Acquires East Memphis Primary Care Specialists

Regional One Health recently announced its acquisition of Primary Care Specialists. The acquisition makes Regional One Health’s fifth primary care site.

The newly acquired practice provides services such as pediatrics, family and internal medicine, and urgent care. The leaders of the practice have expressed that the acquisition will allow them to stabilize their practice in an environment where it can sometimes be difficult for consumers to find a primary care provider.
