Las Vegas Youth Center Expanding To 24-Hour Service

The Harbor, a Las Vegas juvenile assessment center, is expanding to offer 24/7 service, according to statements by its services director. The change in hours of operation is expected to be implemented by February 14th. The center also recently changed locations to be better suited for its goals and mission.
