BDO Acquires Consulting Division Of PBC Advisors, Expands Health Care Advisory Practice

BDO USA, LLP (BDO) recently announced that it has acquired Professional Business Consultants (PBC) Advisors. The purchase will bring three new partners and nine professionals to BDO’s organization.

The transaction will simultaneously allow BDO to receive a number of new talent and service offerings, while PBC’s clients benefit from an expanded number of service options. PBC will also bring three new partners to BDO, bringing a combined over 70 years of experience working in the health care advising industry. Under the acquisition, PBC’s accounting, tax, and wealth management divisions will continue to operate independently.
