Kroll Associates Report For The New York City Administration For Children’s Services

This report was released on December 8, 2017, by the New York City Administration for Children's Services (ACS). The report was commissioned by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS), which contracted with Kroll Associates Inc. to assess ACS protocols for child protective and preventive services. The state commissioned the assessments following deaths of children known to ACS.
