The Garage Partners With Accountable Care Organization In Michigan To Provide Value-Driven Care To 40,000 More Consumers

The Garage recently announced it is partnering with Reliance ACO (Reliance), an accountable care organization in Michigan. Reliance, based in the Detroit metropolitan area, is a multi-track ACO that has successfully delivered consumer quality and shared savings within the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) program.

Specifically, Reliance will be utilizing The Garage’s population health management platform, Bridge, in order to better interact with consumers in Michigan in order to improve health care outcomes while lowering costs. The partnership will see the two organizations collaborating to provide value-driven care for 40,000 additional consumers.
