LHC Group And Almost Family Announce Merger

LHC Group, Inc. and Almost Family, Inc. recently announced that they have agreed to combine in an all-stock merger of equal transaction pursuant to a definitive merger agreement.

The merger will create a nationwide provider of in-home health care services with a record of partnering with hospitals and health systems. The company will have a total of 781 locations in 36 states with more than 31,000 employees.
