New Autism Center For Children Opens In South Bend, Indiana

Meridian Behavioral Health and the Gersch Academies recently partnered to open a new applied behavior analysis (ABA) clinic and private school for children with autism, named Riverbend. The location is on the site formerly used for the Madison Center.

The facility is currently undergoing renovations in order to better serve the community, including two floors that will have new beds for residential and acute care for children with autism and developmental disabilities. As of now, the facility anticipates licensing 70 residential inpatient beds and 32 acute private mental health beds. In the future, the clinic hopes to launch additional programs . . .
