Reach Medical Opens Ithaca’s First Harm Reduction Medical Practice
The REACH Project (Reach) is opening the first harm reduction medical practice for individuals who use drugs in Ithaca, New York. The practice’s primary focus will be to replace opioid use with Suboxone, a combination of buprenorphine and naloxone that is used to treat opioid addiction disorder.
Additionally, the new practice will also offer primary and acute care and counseling to those battling addiction disorder with other drugs, as well.
