Intermountain Launches Mental Health Tech

Salt Lake City-based Intermountain Healthcare (Intermountain) recently launched Alluceo, a new mental health technology company. Alluceo hopes to help standardize mental health services and provide easier and more convenient access to caregivers for consumers.

The startup will utilize Mental Health Integration, the health system’s program for integrating mental and behavioral health services in primary medical care. According to the World Health Organization, over 300 million people worldwide are affected by depression, making such technologies a timely need.
