St. Joseph Medical Center Building $1.6 Million Behavioral Health Unit
St. Joseph Medical Center recently began construction of a $1.6 million behavioral health unit. The Senior Behavioral Health Center will feature 22 beds for the treatment of older consumers with mental health conditions, including dementia confusion, anxiety, and depression.
Statements from St. Joseph Medical Center leadership have emphasized the need for beds in the area for the treatment of members of the aforementioned demographic.
