St. David’s HealthCare Acquires The Austin Diagnostic Clinic

St. David’s HealthCare (St. David’s) recently announced its acquisition of The Austin Clinic (ADC), which was completed April 1st, 2018. As part of the acquisition, ADC will keep its current name and operations, as well as add its 154 clinical professionals to St. David’s system.

Additionally, a group of clinical professionals from the two organizations will combine to form a new board of directors to oversee ADC’s operations.
