W.P. v. Anthem

This lawsuit was filed on April 8, 2015, by W.P., a minor, through his parents and guardians against Anthem Insurance Companies, Inc. W.P. alleged that Anthem has adopted an unlawful policy or practice of limiting coverage for applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to treat autism, and that as a result, W.P. and other Indiana children insured by Anthem have been denied access to medically-necessary ABA therapy to treat their autism . . .
