Genuine Health Group Acquires Health Care Advisor Services
Miami-based Genuine Health Group (Genuine) recently announced closing on the acquisition of Health Care Advisor Services (HCAS). HCAS receives about $50 million annually from insurance companies to pay for the required health care services costs for its more than 6,000 Medicare consumers enrolled in Medicare Advantage plans.
As part of the purchase, Genuine will take over HCAS’ management of care for consumers, and the two owners of HCAS will join Genuine’s executive team.
