The fact sheet provides an overview of the Medicare Diabetes Prevention Program (MDPP) in terms of eligible participants, the core services, and the fee-for-service reimbursement structure. The two-year program is a structured education intervention with the goal of preventing type 2 diabetes in beneficiaries with an indication of prediabetes.
