Living Unlimited Buys $4.4 Million Cloverdale Ranch To Create Housing For Special Needs Adults
Living Unlimited recently announced it bought a ranch in Cloverdale, California for $4.4 million to house adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). The purchase of the ranch—Clearwater Ranch—finally closed after efforts by Living Unlimited to purchase It dating back to last summer.
The ranch includes 84 acres of land that will now be available to Living Unlimited for providing I/DD services year-round to its adult participants.
