Wesley Family Services To Construct Mixed Use Building With Units For Individuals With Disabilties
Wesley Family Services is undertaking a project to construct a four-story apartment and office building in New Kingington, Pennsylvania. The building will contain 36 units, and seeks to address significant housing needs in the community, including access to quality housing.
The project is receiving about $10 million in tax credits via the Pennsylvania Housing Affordability and Rehabilitation Enhancement Fund, as well as $500,000 in funding.
