St. Luke’s Expands Local Footprint With Purchase Of Des Peres Hospital

St. Luke’s Hospital recently announced its acquisition of Des Peres Hospital from Tenet Healthcare Corporation (Tenet) has closed. Terms of the purchase were not disclosed.

The acquisition—which was first announced in January—is anticipated to expand St. Luke’s operations and geographic footprint. With the loss of Des Peres, Tenet no longer operates any hospitals in the St. Louis region.
