March 2, 2010 On March 2, 2010, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Commonwealth of Virginia filed a False Claims Act complaint against the operators of Keystone Marion Youth Center, a residential facility in Marion, Virginia that provides psychiatric counseling and treatment for boys ages 11 through 17. The complaint names Universal Health Services Inc. (UHS); Keystone Marion LLC; and Keystone Education and Youth Services LLC as defendants.
