Halifax-Backed Delphi Behavioral Health Group Merges With Summit Behavioral Health
Delphi Behavioral Health Group (Delphi)—which is majority-owned by The Halifax Gorup—recently announcing merging with Summit Behavioral Health (Summit). Financial terms of the merger have not been disclosed at this time.
The primary purpose of the merger is to expand Delphi’s services to more people who are battling with addiction disorder. Delphi will remain the name of the newly formed company, and Delphi’s current CEO, Dominic Sirianni, will lead it, overseeing the company’s 14 facilities across six states. Summit’s co-founder David Sears will serve on Delphi’s Board of Directors.
