School is Not Supposed to Hurt: Investigative Report on Abusive Restraint & Seclusion in Schools
March 5, 2010 The National Disability Rights Network (NDRN) issued the report as an update of a 2009 report that found no federal guidelines and few state guidelines on the use of appropriateness of Restraint and Seclusion in school settings. Some states created laws to restrict or prevent the use of Restraint and Seclusion with students.
