Masonic Villages Appoints New CFO

Pamela Formica was recently selected as the new CFO for senior-living provider organization, Masonic Villages, a charitable arm of the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania. The change will go into effect June 1, when Ms. Formica will officially replace current CFO William Prazenica, who is retiring.

In her new position, Ms. Formica will oversee the financial, technical, and administrative operations of Masonic Villages, as well as other Masonic entities. Prior to her work with Masonic Villages, Ms. Formica served as vice president of finance for Brethren Village for more than 13 years.
