Teladoc Acquires Advance Medical For $352 Million

Teladoc recently accounced it has acquired telehealth services company Advance Medical. The purchase comes with a $352 million price tag, and will expand Telehealth’s international presence, doubling its potential market. The acquisition will also grant Teladoc access to new digital tools, including clinical risk assessment.
