First Place Arizona, a $15.3 million apartment building project, is under construction in Phoenix, Arizona. The apartments will provide housing to adults with autism.

Included on the plan are a number of safety features for the apartments, as well as other specialty features aimed specifically at helping individuals with autism, such as quiet appliances for minimizing sensory overload.
