Envision Healthcare To Go Private With Acquisition By KKR

Clinical professional staffing company Envision Healthcare Corporation (Envision) recently entered an agreement to be acquired by global investment firm KKR. The $9.9 billion purchase will be all-cash, and include the assumption or repayment of debt.

The acquisition is expected to close by the last quarter of 2018, and follows KKR's acquisition of Envision’s American Medical Response services earlier this year for $2.1 billion.
