April 14, 2010 The report, Practice Guidelines for Recovery-Oriented Care for Mental Health and Substance Use Conditions, published by the Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, lays the foundation for connecting the bridge between treatment and the recovery for those members in the mental health and addiction communities.
