Keystone First & Woods Services Partner For New PCMH That Will Serve As A National Model

Keystone First and Woods Services (Woods) recently formed a partnership to open a new patient-centered medical home (PCMH). Led by Woods, the opening of the new PCMH will represent a first-of-its kind medical center that integrates primary care, behavioral health, dental, and specialty care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and brain injuries.
