Anne Carlsen Opens Location In Moorhead To Offer Mental Health Services

North Dakota-based non-profit Anne Carlsen Center (Anne Carlsen) recently opened a new location in Moorhead, Minnesota for the treatment of individuals with mental health issues. The mental health services will be a new addition for the organization, which has been providing developmental disability services for the past 75 years.
