Rosecrance Plans To Finalize Merger With Iowa Organization In 2019
Behavioral health organization Rosecrance recently announced that it plans on finalizing its merger with Iowa-based Jackson Recovery Centers in 2019. Jackson Recovery Centers is a non-profit organization that aims to save lives by promoting recovery.
The merger will increase Rosecrance’s revenues to over $100 million. The two organizations are currently in the due-diligence phase of merger discussions, and should the merger be completed, Jackson Recovery Centers will become an affiliate of Rosecrance beginning January 2019.
