Pyramid Healthcare Announces Agreement To Purchase WaldenSierra

Pennsylvania-based Pyramid Healthcare (Pyramid) recently announced it has agreed to acquire WaldenSierra. WaldenSierra is a Maryland-based organization that provides residential, outpatient, and recovery support services throughout the state.

With the purchase, Pyramid—which currently operates behavioral health facilities and autism schools throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and North Carolina—will expand into the state of Maryland for the first time. WaldenSierra anticipates that the acquisition will help bolster its technical and clinical capabilities to accelerate growth and service delivery.
