Arkansas State Plan Amendment #16-0008 To Establish The Medicaid Outpatient Behavioral Health Services Program

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) approved this state plan amendment on March 19, 2018. The Arkansas Department of Human Services (DHS) intended to establish a new Medicaid outpatient behavioral health services program by July 1, 2018.
