Anthem, doc.ai Launch Health Care AI Data Trial On Blockchain

Health insurance company Anthem and doc.ai are collaborating to release a new health care artificial intelligence (AI) data trial on blockchain. The 12-month trial, which begins this month, explores whether AI can be used to predict when consumers will experience allergies or allergy patterns.

Specifically, the trial will utilize a Harvard Medical School developed framework that uses machine learning to discover predictive models for allergies. The participants in the trial will provide personal health information through the blockchain that will then be analyzed and interpreted by AI.
