El Paso VA Breaks Ground On New Mental Health Facility

The El Paso Veteran’s Affair’s Healthcare System recently broke ground on a new mental health facility. The new facility is largely in response to the need for services for veterans in the area. It is reported that the new clinic—which is anticipated to open in 2019—will serve about 40,000 veterans annually, as well as employ more than 160 individuals.
