The report was released on July 9, 2018, by the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). The assessment focused on adequacy of existing services and options for the DHHS to enhance services to improve outcomes for youth involved in the child welfare system. A priority recommendation focused on contracting with Medicaid managed care organizations to create and support a continuum of community-based services for youth with complex needs.
