Illinois Did Not Comply With Federal Waiver & State Requirements At 18 Of 20 Adult Day Service Centers Reviewed (A-05-17-00028)

The report was released in July 2018 by the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) for the federal Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The OIG conducted this review of 20 of the 76 adult day centers serving Illinois Medicaid beneficiaries enrolled in the Elderly Waiver for the quarter ended March 2017.
