Allen Health Care Services (Allen), an Elara Caring company, recently announced it has completed its acquisition of First Care of New York, Inc. (First Care). With the purchase, Elara Caring will add the approximately 900 consumers First Care serves to its existing clientele of about 66,000 consumers.
