Care Advantage Acquires Direct Home Health Care

Care Advantage, Inc. (Care Advantage) recently announced its acquisition of Direct Home Health Care (DHHC), a Virginia-based provider of in-home personal care services. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

The purchase offers a new growth business line and opportunity for growth for Care Advantage, adding to Care Advantage’s portfolio DHHC’s home care services—which are primarily provided for Medicaid recipients. Additionally, the acquisition will help to strengthen Care Advantage’s presence in eastern Virginia.
