New $8 Billion Health System: Bon Secours, Mercy Health Finalize Merger

Bon Secours Health System (Bon Secours) and Mercy Health (Mercy) recently finalized their merger, initially announced earlier this summer. The name of the resulting new entity will be Bon Secours Mercy Health, and its CEO will be John M. Starcher Jr., Mercy’s CEO prior to the merger.
