Regent Healthcare Acquires Loving Touch Home Care

Regent Healthcare (Regent) recently completed its acquisition of Maryland-based home care agency Loving Touch Home Care (Loving Touch). The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

The purchase will strengthen Regent’s foothold in Maryland, where it currently provides services to private pay and Medicaid-eligible consumers in about twelve counties. While the two organizations offer similar services, Loving Touch will be able to offer the addition of Alzheimer’s and dementia care, as well as its presence in Chestertown and the state’s eastern shore.
