Cornerstone Healthcare Group Has Acquired Two Family Run Care Homes In Hampshire

Cornerstone Healthcare Group (Cornerstone), a newly formed organization, recently acquired two Hampshire, United Kingdom-based care homes—Kitnocks House and South Africa Lodge. Funding for the transaction was provided by health care investors Ignite Growth and Kvika Securities.

As a newly formed organization, Cornerstone currently owns only these two care homes. According to statements from Cornerstone, the region of these care homes currently contain about 15,000 individuals who need the services provided by Kitnocks House and South Africa Lodge, but only have 5,000 beds for such individuals available.
