Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare Opens Garlington Campus In Northeast Portland

Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare (Cascadia) recently opened its new Garlington Campus, located in northeast Portland, Oregon. The campus will be home to Garlington Health Center and Garlington Place Apartments, made possible through the $4.3 million in funds Cascadia raised in charitable gifts during its “Building a Culture of Caring” capital campaign.

The new campus sees Cascadia expanding its behavioral health care services to include primary care, wellness, and affordable housing.
