Tower Health To Acquire 19 Premier Urgent Care Locations

Tower Health (Tower) recently announced it is acquiring 18 Premier Urgent Care locations throughout the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania region. The purchases continue a recent trend of acquisitions for Tower, which also acquired five large hospitals just last year.

Of the 19 acquired Premier Urgent Care locations, two are in Philadelphia, three are in Chester County, five are in Montgomery County, six are in Bucks County, one is in Berks County, and one is in Northampton County.
