BayMark Health Services Acquires Tri-City Institute In Los Angeles, California

BayMark Health Services (BayMark) recently announced it is acquiring Los Angeles, California-based Tri-City Institute. Tri-City Institute is the only outpatient upscale chemically dependent program that has been certified by the state of California and approved by the Federal and county Alcohol and Drug Agencies.

According to statements from Tri-City Institute leadership, the acquisition will allow it to continue its legacy and maintain the level of care the individuals it treats have come to expect from it.
