Amedisys Closes On Massachusetts Personal Care Acquisition

Home health, hospice, and personal care company Amedisys, Inc. (Amedisys) recently announced that its subsidiary, Associated Home Care, is acquiring Bring Care Home. Bring Care Home provides skilled and non-skilled home care to consumers in northeastern Massachusetts.

According to Amedisys leadership, the transaction further solidifies its commitment to invest in its personal care business, as well as its position as a home care leader in Massachusetts. Bring Care Home provides services such as companionship, skilled nursing, and personal care in the North Shore, Merrimack Valley, and Greater Boston regions of the state.
