United States v. State of Texas Monitoring Team Report for Austin State Supported Living Center
June 11, 2010 Since January 2010, compliance monitoring teams approved by the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) and Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS) have been conducting baseline reviews. At the Austin state Supported Living Center, the monitoring team said the facility had critical staff shortages.
