Curavi Acquires TripleCare, Prepares To Rapidly Expand Telemedicine Services

Curavi Health, Inc. (Curavi) recently announced it is acquiring TripleCare. TripleCare is a Long Island City, New York-based national provider of telemedicine health care services to skilled nursing facilities and other post-acute, long-term care industries.

The newly combined entity resulting from the transaction will serve nearly 100 facilities across 14 states.
