Propeller Health Acquired By ResMed For $225 Million

Medical device organization ResMed announced it is acquiring digital health startup Propeller Health (Propeller) for $225 million. It is anticipated that the transaction will be finalized by the end of March.

ResMed views the purchase as a significant step towards its goal of becoming the global leader in digital health for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
