The city of Denver passed this bill on November 26, 2018 for the authorization of a supervised use site pilot program--pertaining to injection sites where individuals who use intravenous drugs can use under supervision. The program is contingent upon the state General Assembly passing legislation authorizing the operation of supervised injection sites in the state of Colorado.
